Resiliency Group is a stress management consultancy working with SME owners and leadership teams across the UK. We help businesses with 20–100 employees identify where stress and burnout are building — and what it's costing them.

What We Do Differently?
Most approaches to workplace stress focus on the individual. We focus on the business. Rather than asking "how is this person feeling," we ask "what is this costing the company — and why is it happening?"
We do that by surveying your team, speaking directly with you as the owner, and producing a detailed report that maps stress across every department and calculates the financial exposure — broken down by recruitment, sick leave, lost productivity, and project delays.
The report isn't the end point. It's the starting point for fixing it.

Our clients tend to be dealing with one or more of the following: rising staff turnover, increasing sick days, a senior team that's stretched too thin, or projects that keep running late without a clear reason.
Why it Matters?
Burnout doesn't announce itself. It shows up gradually — in small decisions that get reversed the next morning, in good people who quietly start looking elsewhere, in a team that's working harder but producing less. By the time most businesses act on it, the cost is already significant.
We built Resiliency Group because we believe that problem deserves a business-level response — not just a wellbeing programme.
