Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work?

We start by sending a short survey to your employees — they tell us what's causing them stress, how they're managing their workload, and how they feel about their working environment. We also have a separate conversation with you as the owner. We take all of that data and produce a detailed burnout cost report, broken down by department, showing exactly where pressure is building and what it's costing the business.

How long does it take?

The employee survey takes around 10–15 minutes to complete. We typically deliver the completed report within 5–7 business days of receiving all survey responses however it may take up to 14 days.

Will my employees be honest in the survey?

This is the most common concern owners have — and it's a fair one. We've built the process specifically to encourage honest responses. Individual answers are never shared with management or the ownership. You receive an anonymised heat map showing stress levels across departments, not personal data. Employees are told this upfront, which is what makes the results accurate.

What does the report actually show?

The report gives you a financial breakdown of what stress is costing your business across four areas: recruitment and attrition costs, sick leave, lost productivity, and project delays. It also includes a department-by-department heat map showing where the pressure is highest, and a clear set of recommendations for addressing it.

Is the sample report personalised to my business?

As we cannot share our clients details, the sample report is based on a fictional company and is designed to show you exactly what our methodology looks like and what the final report contains. Once you become a client, we build a report using your own data.

What happens after the report?

The report is the starting point, not the end point. Once you have a clear picture of where the pressure is and what it's costing, we offer stress management workshops for you and your leadership team to address the underlying issues.

How much does it cost? Get in touch and we'll discuss pricing based on the size of your team and the scope of the audit.

Who do you work with?

We work with SME owners and MDs of businesses with between 20 and 100 employees across the UK. Our clients tend to be in professional services, tech, financial services, marketing, and other industries where talent retention and team performance are business-critical.

Is our data kept confidential?

Yes. All data collected through the survey is handled in line with UK GDPR. Individual employee responses are never shared with management or any third party. The report you receive contains only anonymised, aggregated data.
